Accessibility statement
We want this site — and booking a taxi with us — to work for everyone.
Our approach
This website aims to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. It is built with semantic HTML headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, a visible focus indicator, a skip-to-content link, labelled form fields, text alternatives for meaningful imagery and colour combinations chosen for contrast.
Booking support
If the website is difficult for you to use, you are always welcome to call or send a message instead — a booking made by phone gets exactly the same service. Tell us about any mobility, wheelchair, assistance dog or child seat requirement when booking and we will tell you honestly what we can accommodate.
Feedback and problems
If you meet an accessibility barrier on this site, please contact us using the details on the contact page and describe the page and the problem. We will do what we can to fix it and to give you the information you needed another way.
