Terms of service
The basis on which bookings are accepted and journeys are provided.
Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once we have replied to confirm the pick-up time. A quote request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
Fares
Metered journeys are charged in line with the national maximum fare rules for licensed SPSVs in Ireland. Quoted fares for pre-booked journeys are confirmed before travel and may change if the journey, waiting time or route changes materially.
Cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Delays and conditions outside our control
We plan journeys with sensible time allowances, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control. For flights, please allow extra time.
Passenger conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or unlawful. Please treat the vehicle with care.
